Think about this...KEL is suing the Better Business Bureau due to all of the negative complaints. The BBB has had a rating system for years and consumers have come to depend on the ratings when choosing a business.
Why doesn't KEL just offer better client service, competent attorney's and better results then they would not have to worry about clients complaining? Why is that so hard for them to understand?
KEL's services are a complete waste of money. The people on this site that provided positive reviews were clearly hired by the firm. I bet that KEL has a very small client success rate. Ask them for the number of clients they have actually helped and I guarantee it is less than 1%. And that success was probably purely based on luck and timing.
I have given them about $7k and have been working with them for 2 years. I have gotten nowhere. I did not need to spend $7k to get nowhere. I could have done that by myself.
KEL loses documents, you never speak to a real "attorney", you never speak to the same person twice, their processes are extremely slow and inefficient, and they don't return phone calls.
When hiring an attorney make sure that you get a referral from someone that has had success with the attorney. Also, make sure that it is a smaller firm that can provide adequate customer service, personal attention, and not treat you like a number. And whatever you do stay away from KEL.
You are welcome for saving you time and money.
