I spoke with Keith early in the morning, and provided him with the details of my issue with my car....and his response was, "Sure we can take care of that, and have your car right back to you today!" With that being said, I stopby during my lunch break and Keith took care of my car with no problems. I will definitely be back, to more service.....great customer service! more

No problems. 3/24/2014

It was my first time using Keith's Auto Service, and it was great. I had to have my gas pipes replaced on my truck, and ever since the repair was done, I haven't had problems. Everything turned out okay. It was made very convenient through AAA, so I would probably use them again. more

I was having a problem with my car leaking oil and took it to Keith's Auto Service. Everybody is really nice and informative. The customer service is pretty good and I trusted what they were telling me. They were able to fix the problem quickly. more

Top notch 1/24/2014

It doesn't get any better than Keith's Auto Service. They're an extremely honest and fantastic business. They're conveniently located and get the job done right and in a timely manner. I've been going to them for a couple of years and the service has always been excellent. They've replaced the alternators, battery, and brakes in my vehicle with great care. The prices are very reasonable. Keith is super helpful and personable. I'd recommend them any day! more

Professionalism! 1/12/2014

Another visit so I can replace my worn out tires! I've ordered the Tires @ TireRack. They were delivered to Keith's. The mechanic has done a methodical job and that is why I'm coming back to Keith's. I have also changed my front & rear brake pads. They were due since Keith's keeps track & advises based on prior brake checks. I live in El Segundo but it is definitely worth it to drive to Torrance for this quality of service! more

Keith lets you know what is wrong gives you your options and price. He does not try to upsell you or pressure you. Just an honest experienced professional mechanic shop. He helps me everytime even over the phone in an emergergency he has worked me in when I lost my brakes on the freeway oneday. Highly recommend his service. more

I went here after my car's fuel system just gave out one morning. They worked with me for a fair price and were able to get the job done in a timely manner. I wasn't without a car for more than a few days. more

Positive results on the first visit 11/19/2013

I've been a longtime customer of Keith's Service Center. We go back quite a ways, probably about 10 years. It's been an overall positive experience working with Keith, especially for the more complicated jobs. He works on anything. He's been in the business for a long time, so he's seen just about everything. He can fix and diagnose the problem on the first visit, so there is no need to return and have something done again. more

Polite. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy 11/18/2013

Keith's Service Center recently replaced my radiator, serviced the transmission and pcv valve. I keep going back to them because I trust them. They are the most polite and knowledgeable people I've ever worked with. And they've never been condescending to me. While they're close to my work, they're far away from my house. That's the only complicated thing, but I like them, so I work that part out. more

At first i didnt see Keith and didnt know any of the other guys, i was about to leave...i thought, bigger place, bigger COST...but in comes Keith making sure everything is getting taken care of. i like the Straight Shooting of diagnosis, explaining in english...EXTREMLY THOROUGH!!! thats great...so just plan on leaving car there in the morning, you might get it back same day, IF nothing Major of course! Great Wrenching Staff(gotta get Robert healthy again) he's "old school" my 81' Blazer appreciates the attention! Wish you ALL the best Keith and Crew! more
