Keford helped me out again. I was going to pick up my kids from school, and locked my keys in my car. I called Keford and they came within 10 minutes and had my door unlocked in 2 minutes, like magic! Still got to my kids ontime. Thanks again Keford. more

If you are in a accident and get your car towed to their tow yard. Oh man, best of luck. Get your belongings out of the veh ASAP!!!!!!What rude people. The lady that answers the phone is a joke! She has a problem. They will almost force you to get your vehicle fixed there. Also if you want another body shop to fix your car. Good luck! Worst people in the business. more

BEAUTIFUL WORK! 10/29/2009

I brought my car to Keford recently, and I can't believe how good it came out. Not only are the repairs and paint work beautiful, but they cleaned the inside of the car, better than I ever have! It's nice to know there are still quality, family owned businesses that really care about great personal service, and outstanding craftsmanship. Pros: My car looks better than new! more

Best Towing in Novi. Went above and beyond! 12/27/2008

My husband called me from 2 hours away with a flat tire and a spare that wouldn't budge. 411 couldn't help find a close service (actually 411 told me they couldn't find any "towing" in Novi, MI - typical!!!) So I jumped on line and found Keford. They were prompt and tried to get the spare out. They brought the car back to their garage to continue to try to get the spare out. It wouldn't budge. They didn't give up and finally the spare pulled from the car. Hubby got home safe and sound. He said he was really pleased with the service he got and the guys had a good attitude and really wanted to help. Pros: Prompt, good attitude, very helpful more

The best compliment you can give a business is your repeat business. I have had the pleasure of working with these true professionals in this industry on a few occasions. Each time the staff was friendly, and accurate, the work was flawless and you genuinely felt that these folks really cared about your satisfaction. BEST BODY SHOP HANDS DOWN! 10/9/2007

My car had alot of damage, $10,000, from an accident. Keford towed me from the accident scene, and got me into a rental car that day. I was very shaken, but the staff at Keford was very nice and put me at ease. The said they would handle everything with the Insurance company, and for me to relax and let them do their job. They certainly followed through on their word. When I got my car back it looked better than it did when it was new, and they even cleaned the whole interior and exterior. I would highly recommend Keford to anyone who had a Major Accident, these guys really know their stuff! Pros: Very clean nice waiting area. Large shop. more

Saved my Butt! 4/2/2007

I called Keford Novi Towing when my car broke down in the middle of the expressway during rush hour. They came out within 10 minutes. The driver was very concerned for my safety. As soon as he got there he told me to get out of my car and get into his truck where it would be safe, while he winched my car up on his truck. What a beautiful truck! They really deliverd for me. I would highly recommend Keford Novi Towing for any towing service you might need. Pros: fast service, courteous driver, beautiful trucks more

Best Body Shop Ever!!! 4/2/2007

Wow, these guys no what they are doing. I dropped my car off in the morning and they had it done the same day! They ordered everything ahead of time then scheduled me in and had everything done the same day, plus I got a Lifetime Warranty! I'll never go to one of those discount direct repair shops again. It was great to be treated like a valued customer and not just a number for some insurance company. Pros: Very convenient location, Very clean organized offices, beautiful work more

KEFORD DOES IT RIGHT! 9/4/2006

I brought my car to Keford Collision many times over the years. They have always bent over backwards to help me. They've handled everything for me! Towed my car, got me a rental car everything was right there, it was great! Excellent workmanship, you would never know I had an accident! I would highly recommend Keford Collison to anyone who has been in an accident, and wants the job done right! Pros: Great workmanship Cons: Busy parking lot. more

HORRIBLE TIMING AND STAFF 6/1/2006

Keford took nearly 2 MONTHS to repair my car. I heard on several occassions that the wrong parts were ordered, they were having problems with sheet metal and ""we are hoping for late next week."" After 5 weeks when I called to inquire about my car, the receptionist mocked me to one of the towing people when she thought she put me on hold and I was actually on speaker phone. Two of the FOUR loaner cars I went through had major mechanical problems (I was nearly 40 miles from home with the transmission in 2001 Taurus gave out). Everything that could go wrong with this repair HAS GONE WRONG. I would never recomend this company to anyone and will never take my car there for anything ever again!!
