Jeremy greeted us even before we got out of our car which was super amazing. he then had Steve help us with the rest of our purchase. Steven was the most absolute kind and professional car salesman I have ever met. His warm demeanor and willingness to work with us and went above and beyond trying to help us get the best deal possible. With the assistance of Jeremy we were able to walk away completely happy and satisfied. We had been to places already that really didn't give a cent about us but here it felt like friends trying to help friends. Steven and Jeremy are the best I am 100% satisfied and still smiling at the experience. Stay away from this dealer! They charged me for work that didn't need to be done. Over $1000.00, I learned that there are no code(s) or ways to tell that the repairs I paid for were necessary, but they presented it, as if it was vital to my car being driven. When I confronted them, they did nothing to make good. The management couldn't be worse. I've never had a car dealer rip me off like this in my entire life. They should be run out of business. more

BEWARE!!!! Never been screwed over more by a car dealership. Bought a used car from them in December under the condition that they would do some body work repairs and give me a rental car during those repairs. Now they are telling me that they will not honor their commitment. No explanation why. Just flat out telling me they are not going to honor the deal that was made when I purchased the car. The agreement we made was in writing and everything. I m now considering legal action more

I agree with Buyer Beware below! I purchased New Beetle Convertible with full-extended warrantee. I have a baby, and I want a bigger car. One of the finance manager (Mr. Rudy) offers that they will purchase back my convertible with a refund on my warrantee and low very low interest if I purchase their SUV. I agree sell my car to them with cheaper price and purchase a SUV. The interest is not low than I expected, but I never got a refund back on my warrantee. Every time I call him, he told me that he’s working on my case and he will call me back in 5 minutes. I never receive a call from him… … I love VW, but I don't like lousy/liar. more
