fast oil change 8/26/2014

This is by far the best dealer to get an oil change. I drive all the time for work so I have to get my oil changed every 4-6 weeks. I always dread oil changes because they take so much of your day. Not at Keffer, I am in and out in under an hour, even on a busy Saturday. I highly recommend this dealership. more

My First service 8/20/2014

As this is my first service i was little worried how it will be done 1. Easily scheduled the service over phone and got next day appointment 2. Service adviser Matt advised what needs to be serviced, changed the oil n rotated tires as i have reached 5500 miles n next tire rotation interval at 15000 miles. 3. Staff is very helpful 4. Since the car was not washed got a coupon for a car was in near by Carwash 5. Overall the service was good. more

not sure of title question 8/20/2014

the radio on am is no good and it would cost to fix it.i wanted the xm map recalculated,but was told it was out of warrenty and would be expensive. when I bought the car I was no advised of this. when traveling most of the roads I travel are not shown more

It may sound strange to say, but I look forward to my service visits to Keffer Hyundai in Matthews, NC. Dwayne, Shawn & Vince have always gone out of their way to make my wait, always short, comfortable, informative and affordable. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough to those who are interested in a new/used car or simply service on their existing vehicle. We acquired both our vehicles at Keffer Hyundai, and have had all regular scheduled service done on both vehicles for the 5+ years we have owned. They just helped us finance the leased car we had with them, and they could not have been more helpful. We recommend them to all our friends. more
