Keep It Cool Air Conditioning & Heating

I had mixed experience with Keep it Cool AC & Heating. My old air conditioner would come on for a while and go off for a while, which was good. This new one stays on for all 3 hours, which gets cold, and when I tried to adjust the settings or the temperature, it doesn't work. When it stops running after 3 hours, it gets very hot, so I would prefer it to be adjustable. Also, the owner was supposed to have mailed me an invoice, which I have still yet to receive. In terms of the actually installation and the work, they were very thorough. It took a long time, but that's because it was a big job that required a lot of work. I tried several other contractors before finding Keep it Cool AC & Heating. I live out in the country and other contractors would either not show up, have an excuse to not come out, or never gave me a quote. I was getting desperate. I was happy to see that James' company had a few good reviews so I called them. Lo and behold, James answered after the first ring and told me he would come out the next day, which surprised me! He notified me before arriving, and he was right on time. I needed a full HVAC system installation. He explained everything and made suggestions. I was very picky about what I wanted, and he had no problem with it. I got a fair bid, then we made an agreement for them to come out next week. The communication was excellent. When there was a glitch from the vendor sending the wrong item, James called right away to let me know it would be one more day. The technicians came when they said they would and got to work. It was a hot day, but they didn't stop working. I had little picky things that I wanted done, and they didn't even raise an eyebrow. They were very nice! After the fact, I got a call from James asking if I was satisfied with the work and that he would drop by to see how his techs did. I'm very happy with Keep it Cool AC & Heating. more
