Had them come out to my place a few times --- they are good for most part however could use some improvement on details and following notes. Its hard to find trustworthly people so I deal with the little concerns since they are honest and show up more

They came when they said they would and did a terrific job (of course I took the credit)!! They give discounts for routine cleaning, which I'm going to take them up on!! Pros: Excellent service, reliable, down to earth more

Coolest Cleaning Service Around! 3/18/2009

A cleaning service that actually did what they said they were going to do. They came uniformed and a supervisor was in the group to discuss the cleaning. Keep It Clean With Raylene was affordable and they give me a discount for regular cleaning. I highly recommend this service. Pros: Professional and Particular more

I've used Keep It Clean with Raylene for years and have been very satisfied. There doesn't seem to be too much turnover with the employees. I own a spa and I have about 1800 square feet. Three ladies arrive and clean the entire space in about an hour and fifteen minutes. They do a thorough job and will concentrate on high traffic areas - you just need to let them know. Quality Service, Beyond Expectations, owner operated 9/2/2008

Top notch from the beginnihng to the end. Professional office staff led to a professional team that was sent to my home. They came within the time they said and cleaned everything they said they would. I even received a follow up call the next day to see how the cleaning was. I highly recommend this company. Unprofessional & NOT Trained & too expensive 10/31/2006

They give out T shirts and keys and hope their staff knows how to clean. My makeup was missing. (brand new purchase) I tried them 3 times and it only got worse. Owner is not around. Great voice on the phone very friendly but does not train staff. Pros: they show up Cons: dont know how to clean, wont bend over, bring dirty mops more

Sloppy, Unaccountable, Waste of Money 8/29/2005

I have used this service for almost 2 years. At first they were fine, but as the employees changed, the service deteriorated. On an average cleaning day, I come home finding myself cleaning up after their maids. They neglect obvious things, leaving dirt on the floors, unpolished countertops, etc. Every time I touch-up my walls with fresh paint, they find a way to scratch them with the vacuum cleaner, then deny it.
