Keenan Water Well & Septic

Woke up to no water a couple days before Christmas and called Keenan's. The main guy was down with a bad knee and he let all his hands off early for Christmas. He walked me through the problem with my pump over the telephone and I was able to fix it myself at no charge. If I ever have any more water well problems Mr. Keenan will be my man! Thanks again! more

WTF TERRIBLE I givin these guys 13000 dollars so far and now after the well and septic have been put in now all of a sudden they say more needs to be done. i ask if its going to be another 1000 dollars he laughs and says no, the next day 975 they want to hook the thing up to turn it on.they made me have a power guy hook up the power first before they start. so i do, now i need to get a power guy back out. or he says he could just do it for me.Now im trying to get a hold of them they dont answer unless i call from a new number evry time. and other septic comps. say they cant do it becuse kennan has the permit so they have to do it.all in all i have a 2 kids and a wife and we would like to move in our new home but we are being put through the ringer woth these people more
