rental car provided 1/21/2011

I was updated a couple times by Chris as to the progress made on the car. It had to stay overnight, but that was fine as we had a rental car provided to us. The car was fine when we picked it up and we were completely satisfied as always. Great Service Team! more

After experiencing a unpleasant experience with another dealer we had an easy experience with Keenan. They gave me a good price as compared to other dealers. Handled the Clunker program with ease and stood behind what they said they would. The staff was friendly without acting like they were my best friend. I bought a new car and would buy from them again. more

Great Service 10/27/2010

Glen Wilby isn't your average car salesman. Glen asks good questions and listens so when he makes suggestions I was (and still am) convinced he was trying to get me in the vehicle that is right for my needs and my budget. Very untypical, very easy to buy a car from. Most important after I bought a car from Glen I still feel good about the whole process. Other car dealers have made me want to take a shower after the process but not Keenan Honda. more

Pressure Free 9/20/2010

I had a great experience at Keenan. The internet sales manager Matt was very honest and pressure free. He gave us a great price on the car and great service. We had forgot some important documents with us, but they let us drive home the car (2008 Certified Civic) that night. He worked to meet our needs and appreciated our time crunch (we had a hungry kid at home). more

Acceptable Pricing 9/15/2010

2003 CRV purchased at Keenan blew headgasket necessitating costly repairs. We decided to trade & if acceptable pricing we would purchase vehicle at Keenan. We made a successful purchase of a 2207, low-mileage CRV. Mr. Levitt was low-key & didn't try to influence us or steer us in any particular way. He allowed that we make the decision that we believed was right for us. He was sufficiently knowledgeable as to the pros/cons of purchasing a new 2010 or a used vehicle. We agreed that for the pricing the low-mileage with the extended 7 year, 100,000 mile warranty best suited our needs. We are please with the sales & service of our experience. more

Consistent, friendly and reliable service 8/24/2010

Keenan Honda is the reason we have stayed with Honda cars for almost 20 years. Consistent, friendly and reliable service is their motto. Last week, Mark Lenny and Andrew Sassane, and other Keenan staff members went the extra few hundred miles (literally and figuratively) to find the car in the color I wanted. Their effort, persistence, and professionalism personify the reasons why I return to Keenan Honda whenver I need a new car. They also make financial deals that you cannot refuse.
