The receptionist was very friendly, however, not a lot of help. I explained that I was new to the area and needed to see the Dr. on account of an eye infection and the poor girl...

Hard to get an appt. 9/24/2005

The receptionist was very friendly, however, not a lot of help. I explained that I was new to the area and needed to see the Dr. on account of an eye infection and the poor girl actually said "Ok, how about November 2?" She then told me that was the soonest I'd be able to get in on account of not being a previous customer. Of course I couldn't wait until then!! So I called someone else who fitted me in in 2 days. more

If you need to see-look elsewhere 8/19/2005

My husband and I went to this clinic for eye exams several years ago, once is all it was and ever will be. I saw an older man there that was very nice, and did give me the right prescription for my eyes. The lady that helped me find and fit my frames did not suggest that I get scratch coating or glare reducing lenses which I actually needed. That pair of glasses became useless. The doctor my husband saw was awful. She was very impersonal, and showed that she was annoyed with our son. more
