If you got the machine there, they are very good about helping you learn, and you can always call and ask questions. I have brought a lot of sewing machines from there, different type, and they have always walked me thought what I don't know . If I cant remember I pick up the phone. I am not sure what happened, but you do need to ask if you need help. more

Quality Sew & Vac is a small family owned business that is actually has locations in a couple of towns in central Nebraska, Kearney included. They sell several brands and types of sewing machines and sergers. Unfortunately they act as if they know more than they do in some aspects of the business and can lead a new to sewing machine person on the wrong track. They are business savvy and can be very misleading in some aspects. They also sell vacuum cleaners of various brands and sizes. They repair sewing machines and vacuum cleaners and carry parts for them as well. I would suggest finding a different business if you are new to sewing machines unless you have a knowledgeable person with you or have looked other places and done your research and KNOW what you want. more

Our staff has more than 40 years combined experience in sales and service, so we can provide you with assistance when you need it.
