I second, or third the aweful customer service! Report a problem, and I get an estimate for more service. Call Kevin Keane for him to see how aweful the service is, with his own two eyes.... got an estimate for $3500. They don't get it. You can get business.... but you also have to keep it. more

Shoddy construction!! 8/31/2009

We had a patio installed about 5 years ago by Keane. The patio began cracking less that two years later. Keane came out and patched it with a different color of patch and it never blended in with the original color. The patio cracked again, not only in the same spot but many other areas. We had spent almost $10000 on a patio that ended up with cracks in it. They came out and said they could repair it for another $1600 dollars! I told them to just tear it out because patching it would look just as bad. He said they would do that for $1600 dollars! Later, after this conversation, I made numerous phone calls to talk to someone. Finaly after almost two weeks later this guy, not the owner, told me that the owner told him to tell me they weren't going to do anything about it. It was over! I would NOT recommend this company for any landscaping. If you do, get everything in writing! Cons: Shoddy constrcution of Patio more

Awesome Landscape 3/9/2009

I had my backyard designed and installed by Keane. It turned out amazing. I still have guest over that are in awe over it. I tell them to call Keane. The owner is a pleasure to work with. Pros: Landscape functionability Cons: Price more

OUTRAGEOUS! 2/8/2008

So, I was planning to give my yard a total facelift. I had seen a sign in my neighbor's yard for Keane landscaping and I decided to give them a call. Mr. Kevin Keane personally visited my house to plan out how my yard would look. He was an extremely disgusting man, with a rude and overbearing personality. After meeting with him, I really did not want my yard to be done by his company. However, he finally convinced me to side with his company. He promised the job would be done ASAP. This was not the case as he decided to just work on my yard whenever he felt like it, rather than ""ASAP."" Some days there would be guys in my yard. Other days (most days), nothing. After the whole ordeal was over my yard looked decent. But there were still some beer bottles left from the workers in my yard. They also left a bag of lawn clippings that I had to dispose of myself. And payment for this job was murder too! Pros: Yard looked ok. Cons: HORRIBLE SERVICE! more

Very Bad Landscaping 2/12/2007

I had service done by Keane Lanscaping which was horrible. I would never recommend or use them again. You should see the condition they left my yard in - I had them put a french drain in and a 10 yesr old could have done a better job. The actually robbed me for the price they charged and did not do anything in the back yard like we had agreed. I hope that you read this before you engage in business with them. Trust me - don't do it. more

Worst landscape experience ever!!! 4/19/2006

Kevin Keane visited my home,left a quote for review on getting my backyard cleaned out (only leaves picked up, there is very little grass) and cleaning out the flower beds and under the hedges, trimming the hedges, fertilizing, mowing, and edging. I asked for a little color at the front door and this ran the price up to $550!!! That is already an inflated price for those little things, but I believed him when he said we'll have your yard looking great, so I agreed. When I got to the house to see the yard, I was disappointed. I got burned, I paid $550 for a poor rake job!!! Also told it would be done by the end of the week, and it was not. The flowers look Ok. The rest, terrible and there are at least 2 bags of leaves still left in the yard and under hedges. TERRIBLE!!!! more
