Kct Bones Baseball

We live in Western Shawnee and love going to the T-Bone games. The stadium is great because you feel like you are on the field no matter where you sit. I love the lawn seats just as much as sitting in the stadium. If you buy food there, it's not nearly as expensive as the Royals. Plus, my kids love the playground! It keeps them occupied when they start to get antsy with the game. This is a wonderful event for the entire family! more

Going to the Kansas city T Bones games is really a lot of fun for the whole family. They are a minor league team in Kansas City and my kids love going to their games. They are always having things in between the innings for the crowd to participate in. This I think is more fun than going to see the Royals play. It just seems to be more family oriented. more

I have to give my kudos to the Kansas City T-Bones. They are a lot more fun to watch than our beloved KC Royals (The T-Bones tend to win more). Honestly though, they are just a lot more fun to watch. The atmosphere is a lot more light-hearted than most Royals games that I have been to. Between innings they have games, competitions, beer runs, etc. that keep the fans amused and having a good time. When I want to have fun, I really don't care if I am watching a major league game, minor league game or high school game for that matter, as long as when I am leaving said game I can look to my wife and say that I had a great time, which is what I do every time I go to a T-Bones game. Ticket prices are cheap and with the extra money I can buy more hot dogs. Please note that the T-Bones are located on the Kansas side of the Metropolitan area, by the Kansas Speedway and Cabela's. more

Named after Kansas City's famous BBQ, the T-bones are an independent minor league team. They have some very cool promotions at their brand new stadium. Earlier this year, they were going to have two fans battle out the first two innings of a game by playing a video game, and it was going to count. How cool is that? Price isn’t too bad. You can get front row padded seats for only $14.00. You can even purchase a picnic table to watch the game from that seats six people. The reason I only give T Bones Baseball four stars though is because it is minor league baseball. Sorry, but it is just not as interesting. more
