Worst Florist Ever! 10/10/2011

Purchased a corsage 2-weeks in advance. Thought it was strange when I ordered that the person seemed like they were actually looking for the pink roses. Really, two weeks in advance? Went to pick it up and it was wilted and brown and I had prepaid $30.00. Not open on Saturdays so had to pick up on Friday. Looked like the corsage had been made days prior. Orchids were bent, tips were brown on orchids and roses. Didn't have anything else to offer but ORANGE roses! Claimed this is how the flowers come to them and that no one else had complained. So why would they accept the flowers from their supplier and sell them to us? more

Poor delivery 3/14/2008

I went with a local florist because I thought they would be provide better service than an 800 number florist. I was wrong. Called Thursday for a Friday morning delivery. Delivered late - 5pm. Poor communication with driver and shop. Did not follow delivery directions. When I called the florist to follow up on the delivery they said they would contact the driver. I waited to hear back from them but had to call them again. When I did I was informed that the flowers were left with a neighbor which is what I did not want done. They could not give an explanation as to why the flowers were late. Next time I'll use Proflowers. Pros: Local florist Cons: Poor delivery more

Like Melissa said, their work is actually personalized and different from the generic material of other big places. I think they have good prices especially for the amazing work that they do. My mom always loves the flowers I get her from here. Even more, their staff is very courteous and they don't mind helping you out. Even though there are many other places on the same street, I don't go anywhere else besides Kay Tee Florist. more

Personalized service and reasonable prices! 2/7/2006

I love Kay Tee Florist because they are not one of those big box locations that treats you like just another number and tries to pawn off a standard arrangement when you walk through the door. Their employees are very friendly and will work with you to find the arrangement that is unique and just right for you! Their prices are reasonable, and they offer a reliable delivery service, as well. I've used them for a number of different occasions including a wedding, birthdays, and mother's day and I've been thrilled with the results every time! more
