Nowhere can bear this company in all categories! 2/7/2014

My wife and I bought carpet for the first time and after going to a few stores to get quotes, Kay Riley and Sons was our last stop. Beginning to get frustrated with the typical "salesmans" attitude we were prepared for the same type of service here.... We couldn't have been more wrong! A+ service in all aspects. I'm sure all their employees are great, but we specifically worked with their employee, Sabrina. From the get go, she showed us all the carpet samples in our price range and didn't once try to up sell us. She was very knowledgeable and made sure we felt comfortable with what we were getting. They were here to install it in a day! AWESOME! I will give them my service, and recommend them to everyone just because of the way we were treated. To me that goes a long way. Thank you! more

Great to work with from start to finish 3/6/2013

Gabi, sales associate for Kay Riley, has been great to work with. She was friendly, knowledgable, and very pleasant to work with. She was willing to help us with several different styles of carpet before we finally decided on the TruSoft. It was installed 2 days ago and I have enjoyed every step I've taken on the carpet. It's just what I was hoping for. And their price was less than two other competitors. The installer had many years of experience and treated my home with care. The installation went very smoothly and done very well. more

Highly Recommend Kay Riley & Sons 2/22/2013

Kay Riley & Sons installed the carpet in our basement and did an amazing job. They were great to work with and made suggestions to save us money and get a great product. We also had them put down some laminate flooring that came out great as well. Highly recommend them for all your future flooring needs! more

Great service, great value 2/21/2013

I've worked with Kay Riley and sons for years for my personal residence. I was very pleasantly surprised when I needed flooring for my rental property and I really needed inexpensive flooring. After all those years of working with them, I didn't realize that they have great pricing for entry-level flooring. I got value pricing for my rental with all of the great service I always get for the higher price-point flooring in my home. more

I have been impressed with the professional, yet approachable staff. Also, I was very impressed with the extended installation warranty. These installers work for Kay Riley's and have a long-lasting history with the company, which is the reason they can guarantee their quality. I have had my house recarpeted twice, had vinyl flooring done, and had tile in my bathroom by Kay Riley's and have always been incredibly pleased with the outcome. I appreciate their honest, hard-working approach to sales. Their first priority was my happiness. more

RESPONSE FROM Kay Riley Flooring & Design: We were so sorry about the way the Pollard's job was delayed. We worked so hard to get this done in a timely manner. Every product that the Pollards selected was back-ordered from the manufacturer. We even had an issue with our installer getting there. It was a perfect storm. We again apologize for the inconvenience this left you with. Our offer still stands to come and fix the grout at no charge. This was not our finest hour but we still stand read to do as much to correct the situation as possible if you will allow us to. more

People need to know 12/24/2012

I recently had some carpet replaced by Kay Riley and Sons in a home that I owned in Layton. What impressed me most was the fact that they tried to save me some dollars on some carpet that had received water damage in the basement. They suggested that they might be able to clean it with their carpeting cleaning service. I was totatlly impressed when the light colored carpet came out looking so good. That saved me many $$$$. They went on to replace the carpet up stairs, which added a new look and smell to the rooms. I was able to sell the home shortly after having this done. I feel like the people at Riley's really care and in this case saved me money. I would highly recommend this company to any one looking for carpet. more

They take great pride in their work and it reflects on their character as a family owned business. Gary has always shown great care and concern to meet pricing and deadline needs. We always request Doyle to be our installer, he takes great care and concern in each job he has done for us. Whenever we have a carpet needs Kay Riley & Sons is the first place we choose. more

Overall, a very well done job from prep to the workmanship itself. 11/15/2012

Kay Riley did wood flooring and ceramic tile in the kitchen. They did a very good job. I'm very pleased with the results overall. The only reason I take points off is that it was a little slow. They did work and there were some extenuating circumstances, but it took a little longer than I anticipated. more
