Utterly rude and unprofessional!! This office is the most rude and demeaning law firm I have ever visited! The staff treats you as if you were dirt beneath their feet. The woman who "greeted" me (and I use that term very loosely!) was surly and crude. She spoke to me as if she was doing me a favor. When I finally (after waiting for over an hour!) got in to see Mr. Kaufman, the treatment I had recieved from the staff was the red carpet treatment compared to what I was subjected to at the hands of the lawyer. Mr. Kaufman was without a doubt the most arrogant lawyer I have ever met. He stared at me for most of the time as if he either wasn't listening to me, or simply didn't care. After telling him about my whole situation, he made me feel as if it was all my fault. I have more than $50000 of credit card bills, and alot of medical as well. This guy has no personality, none. He's as dry as a piece of toast. I admit I'm not looking for a standup comedian when hiring a lawyer, but if this guy cracked a smile I think his face would break. And I think I know why he acts like this, its because he just doesn't give a s**t about you!. He treated me all well and good before I hired him, then nada. He was almost impossible to get a hold of. he was either "too busy" or was off in court. Never was he able to take my call, or even get back to me with a simple answer to my questions. I basically had to eat the $500 I paid this clown and go hire a responsible lawyer, one who actually gives a damn about his clients. more

Unprofessional & a waste of time and money. From the beginning we had issues with them. The receptionist was more into her personal life than helping clients. The lawyer would cancel our appointments and reschedule to his liking and then be late. The lawyer was not present for key parts of our case especially when we went to court. His assistant was quick to remind us the cost of there services but hesitant to give us a straight forward concrete answer to our questions. It was painful to e-mail them questions because our lawyer was always out, vacation, and would get back to us a minimum of 3 weeks later. Terrible and a complete waste of time and money! more
