I bought a remote only from them less than 3 months ago for $151.00, it just stopped working one day for no reason. The door and inside unit all work fine, I called them and they told me they had to charge me $59 just to come and look at it! I told him their remote stopped working! Why should I have to pay? After basically acusing me of dropping it or messing it up myself he told me they are not responsible for the remote, the manufacturer is! They do not even back up the products they sell and God forbid they do any labor! It only has a 30 day warranty! They are CROOKS and only care about getting your money and not about customer service or reliability! BEWARE!!!
