When my husband had an MRI at this place, we were required to pay upfront. They filed the claim with insurance and our insurance company paid 100%, so our portion due was $0. After catching this ourselves we contacted Katy Open MRI to request the refund of the overpayment. Four months later after endless phone calls, conversations with management, and promises that the check will be mailed, we still have not received payment. At this point our only option is to take this worthless company to small claims court. We will never use Katy Open MRI again and will spread the word to everyone we know how terrible this company is. I would rate zero stars, but it wasn't an option.
