unlike most places, their happy hour really does last for only an hour... so, be sure you're there promptly at 5:30. the tiny place can easily be missed, if you're not looking for it. and, yes. katsu fills up close to the weekend and in the summer. we recommend sitting at the bar to get the best service. they have 99-cent kerin and half priced hand rolls. edamame could be better, but definitely the best calamari in town!! oh, another note... the ladies room has a seat-warming bidet. (random, but cool.)
Pros: happy hour
Cons: parking
