At Katmandu Furniture I had an amazing experience. The owner there was very nice, friendly and helpful. While there the owner was very patient with me as I tried to figure out what to get for my new house. I found the most comfartable couch and chair that I have ever sat in and decided to get it. I looked at the prices of the same thing at other stores and saw that i was saving a ton of money. I would recomend this store to all who want cheap prices and comfortable couches. Pros: very nice owner and amazing prices Cons: absolutely nothing more

We just bought a huge house in Manhattan Beach Ca. and needed to furnish many of the rooms. I have bought alot of furniture in my day from cheap to very expensive, Katmandu Furniture is the best company I have ever done business with. They were very honest and their prices and quality were second to none. I thought about getting a desingner but after dealing with people with such knowledge i didn't need to. thank you so much for a wonderful shopping experience. Pros: Knowledge of furniture more

They entice you with their ""low prices"" and then they renege after they get your deposit! I ordered a bed from them that was supposed to be delivered within 3 weeks of the order; then they kept saying it is on back order, back order, back order. Then finally, 3 months later, they call saying that it is here, but when I asked them to waive the delivery fee of $30.00 since it took so long, rather than doing so as part of good customer service, the owner -- a psycho screaming his head off -- refused to deliver it at all, saying I must now come and pick it up myself! WTF?! So when I demand my deposit back, they say ""store credit only""! WTF?! So now what? Small claims court to try to get my $100 deposit back?! NOT WORTH IT -- GO ELSEWHERE, PEOPLE!! Pros: Allegedly the price - but not worth the headache! Cons: Psycho owner's refusal to deliver the goods! more
