When I first signed up with this office for auto insurance, Cherie was so sweet and polite. She tried to sell me everything they offer which is expected. She is in the business to make commission. I was a loyal customer. No tickets; no car accidents; she even talked me into allowing direct withdraw from my checking account. Not once did they have to wait for their money. At the end of the 1st year I noticed my premium went up by $8. It had actually gone up by about twice by few dollars and I thought it was no big deal. There was no prior notification from State Farm. So I called on 7/31/14 and left a message for cherie to call me back and informed the receptionist that I was wondering why the increase and was considering going somewhere else. I never got a call back. On 8/21, I called and spoke to colleen. I expressed my concern that cherie did not call me back. Colleen promised she would call me back. This time I gave her my cel phone number instead of the house number. I never got a call back. I called again and expressed my concerns and asked to cancel my policy. This time cherie got on the phone and told me ""you didn't get my message. I had called back on 7/31 at 1:56 and left you a message. Well, there was no call and there was no voice mail message. She didn't explain why she didn't call me back the second time on my cell phone. She then proceeded to explain that her underwriter had told her that the increase of $8 was no big deal. No big deal to who? I didn't know State Farm decides what's a big deal for me and what's not. I told cherie I wanted to cancel my policy she said: "" come sign the cancellation request form."" No apology was offered.\r
She already got her commission she doesn't need me anymore.\r
If you want people to tell you what's a big deal and what's not for you when it comes to how you spend your money, please go to Kathy Napier's office and ask for Cherie!\r
I am now signed up with a different reputable company; same coverage for a lot less that what I was paying at State Farm.
