I went to this office in 2008 and things were okay. I went back in 2011 and was very disappointed! Because I wanted to keep my frames and just get new lenses, I was made to feel like a 2nd class customer for not purchasing from their limited supply of over-priced frames. Upon receiving my lenses a week later, there was a mistake for one eye. Although it was corrected, I was made to feel that it was my fault. I was also told that I had a cataract in one eye, and that it dated back to 2008. I was never told anything about this until 2011. I realize there might not be a whole lot to do regarding this information until it got much worse, but not being told this at all caused me to have zero trust in the Dr and her staff.
