Saw Kathy only once because the was 10 minutes late and extremely pushy about another appointment. 5 months later receive bill that insurance says they did pay as well as the copa...

Saw Kathy only once because the was 10 minutes late and extremely pushy about another appointment. 5 months later receive bill that insurance says they did pay as well as the copay I gave at time of service. Staff to follow up with the bill we very rude. Would not recommend more
