Kate changed my life! Living with a chronic and pain filled illness, she introduced me to the world of acupuncture. She did so in conjunction with my physician, which was reassurring on all levels. Within a few months, my quality of life increased greatly, and my overall physical, mental and spiritual health improved. Perhaps the greatest gift I recieved from Kate? Kate Kellogg is an amazing healer. I am afraid of needles, but Kate was able to put me at ease by showing me first the size of the needles and applying one in my hand first. After getting through my fear, I realy enjoyed the process and felt a higher energy level after my first treatment. Kate also does a fabulous massage treatment using aroma therapy oils, which not only stimulated my sense of smell but I left the office feeling so relaxed. Kate is a wonderful acupuncturist who I trust completely. I feel like when I work with Kate she knows just where to go to release my blockages, tensions, and built up toxicity. She is very patient and kind and is a pleasure to be in session with. No matter what is wrong I feel comfortable asking her what her recommendation is.
