Great, Fast Service 12/8/2015

I limped my car into Kassel Motorworks. They did a great job of diagnosing all the problems, gave me an estimate, and had the car ready much faster than originally promised. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the great customer service I received from Andrew and the crew. more

Best electrical diagnostics for BMW 12/4/2015

My first visit to this shop impressed me beyond words! I had taken my X5 BMW to 3 other German specific/BMW shops in Kirkland & Seattle area & no one found the problem. 3K later after treating the symptoms and no resolution, in less than an hour, less than $100.00 Kassel found the problem!! They also gave me great advice on buying an X5 diesel or I3, and advice for my boyfriends VW diesel Jetta. more

2005 545i Sub-frame fail 11/30/2015

My 2005 545i required quite a bit of repair/replacement of the sub-frame/engine cradle. I found Kassel on FB and made an appointment with Karl to get my car inspected and have the repairs done. I have a background in service and i must say that i was very impressed with Karl and his team. They were all very thorough and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. What stands out the most was that prior to the tech turning the car back over to me Karl inspected his work. I am certain that I will use Kassel in the future for all of my auto repairs. more

Great service done right the first time 11/12/2015

Let's start by saying I am very particular on who I let work on my cars. Kassel was highly recommended to me but yet I was still hesitant on calling. I am one that wants to get the job done right the first time. Well I have to say I am so glad I called Kassel, they not only fixed the car the first time I didn't get raped in the process. I would highly recommend this shop to any one that wants quality work done correctly, the first time without headache. In my book Kassel=no hassles. Thanks Kassel more

Super accommodating. 11/10/2015

I hadn't got paid by the time my services were completed and I was $5 off from the cost, and they were able to work with me to afford it. I even offered to come back the next day with the 5 bucks and they said it was no big deal. Thanks guys. :) more

Improper Diagnosis 10/24/2015

I took my vehicle to kassel to have it diagnosed by a garage that specializes in European motors. What I expected to be a painless process turned out to be the opposite. After my return home I addressed the problem that was diagnosed, only to find out that that was not the problem. After an afternoon in my own garage I was able to figure the problem out and replace the part that actually needed to be replaced. I wouldn't take my car here in the future unless I knew exactly what work needs to be done in order to avoid the runaround of fixing things that don't really need to be fixed. more
