\r I RECENTLY FOUND OUT AFTER 8 YEARS THAT THE TUBAL HE DID ON ME 8 YRS AGO WAS NOT WHAT WAS DONE. I TOLD DR KASSAR IN THE OFFICE, AND AT THE HOSPITAL THAT I DID NOT WANT MY TUBES CUT, I ONLY WANTED THEM TIED... ""I HAD NO IDEA THAT THEY BURNED ANYTHING"" WELL, I WANTED TO GET A REVERSAL DONE ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND FOUND OUT THEN, HE CUT, TIED, AND BURNED. THEY ALSO TOLD ME HE CUT SOME OF MY TUBES OUT. I ALSO ASKED HIM ABOUT SIDE EFFECTS, HE SAID THERE WERE NONE EXCEPT NOT GETTING PREGNANT... THAT WAS VERY WRONG, I NEVER HAD CRAMPS BEFORE AND NOW THERES TIMES I CANT WORK OR DO ANYTHING DUE TO CRAMPS, I HAVE PLENTY OF HOT FLASHES SINCE THEN... PLUS MORE... MY HUSBAND & I NOW HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 8 YEARS AND HE HAS NO BIOLOGICAL KIDS AND NOW NEVER WILL... THIS HAS BEEN A VERY HARD AND VERY EMOTIONAL THING TO GO THROUGH. THE HURT IS SO DEEP FOR US SO I PRAY YOU GIRLS DONT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT, MAKE SURE WHAT YOU WANT DONE, IS REALLY DONE.... DR KASSAR IS A VERY NICE AND AWESOME DOCTOR PUT TOGATHER BUT NOT WHEN IT COMES TO TUBALS... I COULD SEE IF I DIDNT CLARIFY IT HOW IT WOULD BE MY FAULT BUT THE ONLY REASON WHY I WAS GETTING THE TUBAL DONE FROM THE START WAS BECAUSE I MISCARRIED 1 OF MY TWINS AND HAD TO HOLD IT UNTIL THE OTHER ONE WAS READY TO DELIVER. more

horrible. absolutely horrible the entire experience. i wasn't pregnant which is his specialty, i just was having irregular menstrual cycles and other symptoms which shouldn't be that hard to fix. I went in and got a blood test. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. got another blood test NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN got yet another blood test NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. even when i called to ask about my blood tests they acted like i was crazy and i had never had a blood test done HENCE THE CONSTANT REPEATS. . so when i went back for a fourth time have gave me birth control pills that i didn't ask for and hardly looked at me during the appt, brushed off all of my questions and descriptions of symptoms as ""normal"". he rushed me out of his office and my visit couldn't have been more than 10 minutes long AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALD IN THE WAITING ROOM and did not answer even one of my six questions with anything other than ""thats fine"" or some other brush off answer. secretaries were incredibly rude to me and condescending and just because i am in my twenties does not make me stupid, especially when i'm asking valid questions about a new policy concerning refilling prescriptions. finally i had to wait 2 weeks for my provider to switch and now that i got back from my new dr appt. I HAVE AN ADVANCED THYROID PROBLEM. THIS DR'S OFFICE COULDN'T EVEN HAVE GLANCED AT MY 3 BLOOD TEST OR THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN INSTANTLY. THANKS A LOT A-HOLE go to a good doctor cause this guy obviously couldn't care less about his patients more

Dr. Kassar was always very kind and patient. He listens to your concerns no matter of your age or status. I first saw him as a very young mother and through to my last baby as a not so young mother. I used to be concerned about going to a male doctor but I tried a female doctor and believe me, Dr. Kassar is the best! Pros: Clean, kind staff more

Dr. Kassar delivered my first baby and will deliver my second as well. He is very patient, understanding, and warm. He is happy to spend time answering your questions and meet your needs as a patient. He was very comforting and helpful during my months of post-partum depression. I liked that he presented the options for genetic counseling and testing (Mom's age 35 and older)but did not pressure me to make the ""right"" choice and he supported and respected my beliefs. I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have doctor Kassar. more

I found that Dr. Kassar was very attentive to me during my pregnancy! Going into the last couple of months of my pregnancy he was always asking if I was still able to work, and if at anytime I was ready to take time off to call and let him know. I was very happy with Dr. Kassar and would recommend him 100%. As for the other review on him being late, did you stop to think that he was probably delivering a BABY!!! more

I used Dr. Kassar for the birth of my first baby. My experience was that he has a great beside matter, confinident and welling to hear your thoughts and feelings. There were only a couple of things I didn't like and has convinence me that I will not be using Dr. Kassar's services for my next baby. Here it is...all of my tests were done one month late, so that left me to worry and wonder if everything with my baby would be fine. The other issue is that during two of my appointment with Dr. Kassar was 1 1/2 hours late. I would have been I recommend to get early appoinments and make sure all your tests are done on time. more
