Great sushi in an unexpected place 10/29/2002

This is a wonderful little hideaway in Cary. The service is great and the sushi is wonderful. You can either sit at the sushi bar or if you are feeling extra authentic, sit in the side room where you actually sit on the floor. This is recommended if you have a large number of people but call ahead to make sure its not already occupied. more

I could not be more impressed! I saw the reviews for Kashin on Citysearch and decided to give it a try. I ordered a variety of different sushi, all of which was extremely fresh and well prepared. The ingredients were delicately cut and matched for the best combination of flavor. The service is fast and friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Best sushi hands down! 8/8/2002

My experience includes many dot com sushi lunches at the many different sushi restaurants in the Triangle area. Kashin has the best you can find. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, tasty selection, and computed tips at the bottom of the receipts. I'm always dissapointed when I go somewhere else. more

Incredible Sushi! 6/2/2002

I went to this place on Saturday June the 1st. After being there about 10 minutes and placing my order the power went out for Cary. The resteraunt personell was incredible nice concerning this matter. They apologized emphatically even though it was not their fault at all (there was a huge storm). Lucky for me I was there to eat at the Sushi Bar, so they went and bought candles and I ate Sushi by candelight. The sushi was out of this world, I have craved going back to this place since I left.. and I anticipate going back sometime this week for sure. Definitly one of the best places I have ever been to for food. more
