Do not go there!! Treats his consumers like crap, the color dont match, some part the paint is messed up, dishonest, and lastly had to go to another shop have them redo everthing again. DO NOT GO THERE! more

I have taken my Honda CRV to Karry twice and both times, have had an incredibly positive experience. I generally tend to approach all body shop and car service businesses with extreme distrust, but I did not have to worry with Karry. He looked at my car, and was honest as to what he could do, and more importantly, what was worth doingn(he is not one of those types that keep adding unnecessary activity and labor and parts to the final bill just to make himself an extra buck). His price was very fair, and my car was ready very quickly over Thanksgiving weekend. The second time I went in, my car was ready the same day.\r \r Karry is very honest, pleasant, professional, and fair. He originally worked at Don's body shop (who I called before Karry). Don's has "an arrangemment" with the San Francisco Honda dealership and their prices are significantly higher than Karry. Additionally, their service is not nearly as good or personalized. Karry Man provided me with an all around great experience. I scratched up two panels pretty badly on my brand-new Highlander and was completely distraught...I hadn't even made my first payment on the SUV yet! Karry's considered the fact that I didn't want to go through my insurance and gave me a quote and gave me a 10-15% off discount since he was my first quote. I took my car elsewhere and received a quote that was practically TWICE as much. When I came back to drop off the SUV he remembered that he gave me a discount and marked up the quote without me asking. When my SUV was about ready I experienced a flat on my Honda which I was going to plan on bringing to Karry for buffing and painting. He quickly got the SUV ready for me and took the Honda. He was very kind to switch the back tire to the where the flat front tire was and put the spare on for me...he said it was best to drive with the spare on the back of the car since I had front wheel drive.
