What a terrible place. My daughter had a two part program and each was 3 years. It was so bad the first three years and before the second part I looked for another orthodonist and at that time there was on 2 others available. We stayed with them for the next 3 years and 7 grand later and I would tell everyone to stay away. Rude doctors, terrible staff, overpriced and treated us like crap.... more

Told me daughter needed braces so paid for the braces and found out after 16 months being in them, that all she needed was a retainer. Wanted to turn around and keep her in braces another year. Not! The staff talks down to you and were never friendly. more

I took my son to Dr.'s Karr and Blackman to get his braces, they told me that he had to have teeth taken out and braces put on. They took a total of 11 teeth out 7 of which were adult teeth, and they put braces on his teeth while he still had baby teeth in. They took his braces off, they rest of his adult teeth came in and then they tell me that he needed braces again and more teeth to come out. Our insurance only paid $400.00 for 1time and we were already out of pocket over $5000.00 and they wanted to do it again. If you missed an appointment they treated you like a child. My husband's twin brother died and I called and we missed an appointment and the next month my husband had to be rushed to the ER and I called and we missed and then we finally made the next appointment and Dr. Karr yelled at me and told me that if I missed another appointment they would not see my son again!
