I purchased a used car for my son from karman last week, the car turned out to need some repair under warranty and they fixed and pay for the repair, that is more than I got at herb chambers last year, I would say I had a good experience with this dealer. more

I rarely leave reviews unless I've had a very bad experience. I always try to find the good in people and their businesses. I found absolutely NONE with this used car dealer. I've bought 3 used cars in my lifetime all with 3 different used car dealers throughout Massachusetts and I've never had to deal with what I've been dealt at Karman Auto sales.\r \r For a used car dealership that claims they are a BBB affliate, this is a joke. The salesman is nice and cheery as long as you are ""interested"" in doing business with him. He turns into Mr. Hyde when you back out of it because he thinks YOU'RE wasting HIS TIME. And if you think he's going to even attempt to show some professionalism and do what an honest car salesmen would do by being courteous and or even attempt to keep your business, think again, instead he'll yell at you for wasting his time and then some.The moment I said I didn't want the car, I got an earful and he demanded $ from me for wasting his time! \r \r I really wish I saw the review prior to going there. \r \r This dealership truly fits the ""never trust a used car salesman"". Your best bet is to look elsewhere. I'm so glad I got out of buying a car from there. \r \r Also, make sure you get your hands on the car fax itself and obviously don't trust what they read to you off it. If any dealer doesn't hand you the carfax, they've obviously got something they don't want you to see. This guy did not hand me the car fax, and I guess he ""didn't hear"" me when I asked to see it myself, instead he kept it to himself and provided us the info by word of mouth.\r \r Don't be mislead by my 1 star rating. It is required to rate at least a 1 star. If I had the choice I'd rate them an F+ just to be nice.\r \r Good luck.\r \r more

My father and I drove to Karman Auto Sales to look at a Hyundai Tiburon 04'. It was a nice looking car from the distance but up close you could see a lot of scratches on the body and rims. Even though it looked pretty beat up and I was looking for a manual but this Tiburon was an automatic (remember this for later) I decided to test drive it anyways because I wanted to see how this car drives. I'm a soldier in the United States Army so I want to test drive a lot of cars before I get deployed. We I walk inside with my father and asked the dealer if we could test drive the Tiburon. He starts off by saying a mechanic ""just"" checked it out and a couple and their son were looking to purchase it but it's ""still available"". I knew everything he said was a lie to get me to think that if other people wanted this car it must be good, but I ignored it and went onto to test driving the car. The car's brakes, suspension and steering were teetering on being broken, I laughed with my father talking about the mechanic that just checked out this car to be the worst mechanic in the world. So we drop the car off and give the keys back to the dealer and the dealer asks what price range I'm going for. I told the dealer I'm not interested in buying this car because I want a manual instead of an automatic. He raises his voice and says, ""THEN WHY THE F*CK DID YOU DRIVE THIS CAR!"" Before I can say anything he says, ""GET THE F*CK OUT OF MY LOT, THERE'S A LOT OF SH*T IN THIS CITY AND YOU TWO ARE PIECES OF IT."" He storms out of the office and goes into the Tiburon and vanishes with the sound of the engine revving and redlining. I will never come back to this terrible place EVER again. There's a lot ""sh*t"" in the city of Lowell, and Karman Auto Sales is a big piece of it. Cons: Everything terrible about a used car dealer is found here more
