Went here to try it out, and give my pride and joy a special treat to a wax, cleaning, and polish. The atmosphere is great .. a lot of rich people, looks like a car show when you pull in because you look a little out of place bringing yer honda in there sitting it next to the latest in high tech speed demons sitting around waiting to be washed. Even my BMW felt a little shy.
Wow, they know a lot, work hard and fast, but its a shame. They dont pay attention to details that are very important, and I have had better detailing done down the street from them for half the price. One thing that impressed me was the service. The manager even asked me how my meal was when I was sitting at the table at the organic food join right next to the wash.
Did not try to upsell me, actually downsold me on a few things, but it still came out way more than it should have at a whopping $120.00.
Sigh, and then the car was done. Looked beautiful. I ignored the minor things like a few streaks here and there, and tiny tiny little specks of wax in the door sills, etc .. ok so it looks beautiful, and I drive off. Well, I park the car go into a store come back, and I have major streaking on the top of the car, the wax looks like it hadnt been removed propperly, and the windshield as well as 2 windows had a dewey film on them. I have been trying to remove it with brute force, elbow grease, and even bought some windex, and the wax is all over the place.
NO sir. Not the place for me again.
I think for that money, there has to be better places. I think if you go early, and get a standard wash, its fine, but dont pay for their premium services. They just are not that great at detailing, and this wax problem has me so pissed, ... Im about to go downstairs to see if the problem is remedied. ... Thumbs down for Karma.
Pros: Good customer service, Great meal located on site
Cons: Lack of detail, overpriced
