After years of fearing doctors and their abrasive behavior and uncaring attitudes, Dr. Tilem is a complete astonishment. She actually listens to what I have to say, doesn't push her preconceived notions upon me, and works WITH me to find the best solutions for improving my health. The front office staff is friendly and efficient, making the tense process of visiting a doctor a pleasant experience. The nurses that I've dealt with were friendly, and didn't treat you like a slab of meat when taking your vital signs. Even the lab person who drew my blood (on site, I might add) was gentle and efficient. I'm glad my friend recommended Dr. Tilem to me. I'd recommend her to my friends and family, too. She's the best doctor I know 6/27/2002

Let me tell you that I have had my share of doctors and I must tell you that Dr.Karlyn is one of the best, if not the best!!! I changed insurance plans and one of her patients recommended that I see her for an exam. Could this doctor pay more attention to my needs or what!!! She answered all of my questions and she always call back when you leave a message. She explains every medical question thoroughly and never hesitates to pause and makes sure that I understand. The receptionist office does need a little help in being quick in taking my co-pay, but other than that it is a good medical office.THANKS DR.KARLYN YOUR THE BEST!! more

She's Great 6/16/2002

Dr. Karlyn is a great doctor. Very accomodating, efficient and a good listener. The office may not be as efficient as her (you may end up waiting up to a half hour for your appointment), but I think she's worth the wait. more
