Good sales pitch, *horrible* workmanship 5/13/2010

***WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY REASON*** Had problems with my front suspension. First time I took it in, they charged me around $600 for 4 parts and labor. After looking the prices of the parts up on google, they gouged me somewhat. I then took it out for a test drive and they neglected to do a proper alignment. Not only was the steering wheel not straight anymore, the steering tended to jump around and wasn't consistent. I was unable to control my vehicle. After the 2nd time (they did an alignment), the steering wheel was straight but everything else was still messed up. There won't be a third time, as I took it down to Keller Bros. After taking it to Keller Bros, they found out that Meineke had LEFT OFF BOLTS from the track bar they installed. Keller was surprised that I had made it down there in one piece. Excellent customer service 7/12/2009

With customer service at an all-time low nowadays, I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted here with the utmost courtesy and respect; I'd say I received first class customer service. The care and knowledge they provided me in selecting my frames was impressive. I purchased a gorgeous pair of Prada eyeglasses that I later decided I didn't quite like as much as another pair (chalk this up to female indecision). They allowed me to exchange them, unworn, for another pair because they wanted me to be happy with my choice. I don't remember the last time a business put customer needs at the forefront.
