We hired Karin's to clean our gutters. They arrived on time, they have that going for them, but during the cleaning there was a lot of loud banging/hammering going on. When I asked I was told they hammer on the downspouts to clear them. After they left we realized they knocked a downspout out of alignment and it's barely connected. They deny ever doing anything to that downspout at all (including clearing it), deny using any method of hammering in cleaning because they are only issued ""mallets"" not ""hammers"", accused us of ""embellishing the facts"" and were very rude. They did offer to send the guys out again but I don't want these clowns on my property, so we'll fix it ourselves. They do not stand behind their lousy work and have awful customer service. I would never hire this company again, I do not recommend them at all. more

Karin's Window Cleaning came out to my house last spring (May 2007). First they came out and wrote up an estimate (I didn't need to be home for that). Then after I got the estimate and saw that it was reasonable, I scheduled them to come to my house to clean. They were very professional, moved the bigger items of furniture if they needed to be moved, made sure I was happy with everything, made suggestions for the next time they would need to come out.
