Amazing Work and Straight Forward 3/26/2019

I've now gotten 1 bridesmaids dress, about to be 2, and an everyday dress altered by Karen. I actually had intentions of her altering a third bridesmaid dress but she had me try it on and flat out said it wasn't worth doing a darn thing too so she saved me money even if it meant nothing for her. The first dress was done so well you'd never know it didn't come that way and she fixed a seam on another dress i assumed wasn't fixable! Very impressed with her quality, timeliness and prices. Would recommend time and time again after MANY friends recommended her to me. more

Talented seamstress 8/1/2014

Karen altered my wedding dress to fit me like it was designed for me. Also steamed my veil and tacked in some push up cups so I could skip the hassles of a strapless bra. She does beautiful work at a very good price. I will return to her if I ever need anything altered in the future! more

Wedding Dresses 6/21/2012

Karen altered both of my wedding dresses and did a wonderful job! Although she is extremely busy, she always made time to have another fitting, etc. She was very reasonable. I was referred by a friend and will continue the referral process! more

Last Minute Bridesmaid Dress 1/15/2009

I was referred to Karen by a friend. She made alterations on a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding on a bit of short notice. She was very professional, accommodating, and friendly. Her work was wonderful. I have never had a dress fit so well. I wish I would have known about her when I was in high school. I had to get every dress altered for the dances and if I would have known she was in the area (Papio alum myself) I would have been going to her for years!! :-) more

Wedding Gown Seamstress 7/30/2007

Highly Recomended! Karen tailored my wedding gown in June 2007. She did an amazing job, you'd think my dress was designed just for me. She has an office out of her home and offers private, flexible fitting schedules. She is quick yet very thorough. Her prices are very, very reasonable. I definately recommend hiring Karen for any alterations!! She also has a large variety of tiaras and veils for sale. more

Wedding Alterations 9/7/2006

I had Karen do my wedding dress, and I thought she was great. I had to have 6 inches taken in on my dress- she was altering it up until the Saturday before my wedding. No extra charge- and considering her prices are so low, I would have happily paid more! I thought she did a great job, and I don't think she is flighty- instead she is just extremely busy. She gets the job done well, though, and at a good cost. more

Alterations 8/21/2005

This is a seamstress who works out of her home. She does any alterations including wedding gowns. Her work is very nice, however she is somewhat flighty, and once was not home when I had an appointment to see her. She also rents crinolines for $30, $20 of which is returned when you return the slip. more
