Karen Allen Salon is the BEST salon I have ever been to. I have been an Aveda fan for a few decades now and as soon as the salon came to town I fell in love. My entire family goes there, my mom, myself, my 4 year old son! First of all, the staff treats you like a ""guest"" as they refer to you and you truly feel like one. Going to the salon is like going to a long time friend's home. You are welcomed and it is not ""overdone."" You truly feel that you are welcomed to be there. Everyone is helpful and friendly, not just the person you are receiving services from. Pros: INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Fantastic Products Cons: I can't be there 24/7 more

Great Service 5/13/2010

I went in to karen allen salon to just get some prices and the receptionist helped me out and she was just the cutest little thing. she helped me out a lot and even gave me a coupon for $10 off my first time. then i decided to get my hair done and she paired me up with the master stylist anna marie and it was the best color and cut i ever had. she took me to a completely different color and gave me the best layers that i have had in a long time. i will deffinately go back because she was very professional and listened to what i had to say and what i wanted Pros: very relaxing and friendly more
