This Peruvian restaurant is a great introduction into this tasty culture of food. Spicy green sauces pair well with soft breads, and the pollo saltado (chicken mixed with rice, french fries and veggies) is fantastic! The veggie version of this dish is equally tasty. Timid diners can get 1/4, half, or whole chickens, but those more adventurous have plenty of other options like the saltado. Servers are friendly and prices are good!
