Took my vehicle to them this week, as a last minute drop off. They were not only fast, but their labor is very reasonably priced, they provide exceptionally detailed receipts that explain the work (great for maintenance records on the car), and customer service is the best. I have been looking for a local place to bring my car, and I found it on the first try. more

When I drop my car off at Kar Hospital I feel secure in knowing that whatever the problem my car is having it will be taken care of. Buffy is very thorough when it comes to explaining what needs to be done. Now, I am a whiner but that doesn't seem to bother her. The problem is diagnosed. She calls me with a price and the mechanics go to work. I am always pleased with the work that has been done and it is always done in a timely manner. I would recommend Kar Hospital to anyone who owns a car, not only for prolems but for maintenance as well. more

This car service shop was very helpful. I went in for one reason and they found a more pressing problem and pointed that out to me. I couldn't address the original problem at the same time so they itemized the repairs needed and gave me a printout.\r I thought the prices were fair and they didn't try to sign me up for lots of things I didn't need.\r Buffy is very good at explaining the problem and proposed solution and I like the attitudes of the employees. more

We use Kar Hospital for all of our car-care needs. If it's not right, they will make it right! Will continue to use their service and tell friends about them. This place is great. Buffy explains exactly what is going on with my vehicle, what broke, why it broke & what can be done about it. She never pressures me to get work done but she does schedule it all out so that I can afford my car repair. It's really nice to talk to another woman about this stuff. She doesn't talk down to me or try to make me feel stupid. My car is always fixed on time and the one time that there was a problem they bent over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend this shop. I've been going there almost 10 years & have never had a bad experience. Neither have any of my friends. Pros: Friendly, knowledgebale, easy to find & fix my car right.
