I have been a customer for a long time. I used to deal with Amanda and never had any problems. I guess Tracy took over since Amanda no longer works there and she is the rudest and most disrespectul customer service rep I have ever dealt with. Im going to transfer all my policys(home, business, and auto) to a new agency, no customer should put up with this kind of disrespect. She has very POOR customer service skills and to top it off she is very RUDE about it.
