Kappel and Kappel is quite simply THE place to go to find your new home or investment property. They have been around since the 1970's and their staff has seen the many changes that have been brought to Vacaville and the area in general. They know where to buy, when to sell, and what improvements to make to get the most for your sale. Sue Bonifacio helped us buy our home and made some very strong recommendations for what to look for and what to avoid. We're VERY happy with the decision we made. more

Great area knowledge, great negotiator! 7/16/2005

Sue Bonifacio at Kappel & Kappel was terrific! We were new to the area and she gave us a rundown of areas for our young family, steered us away from areas that didn't have young kids, and helped us get into a great school district. She's been in town over 30 years, so she knows her stuff! When it came time to put in an offer she was right on top of it and we got our home 30 days later! Great experience! more
