The best RE in town 3/16/2006

This is my favorite doctor in FCI, very knowledgeable, friendly and has the best bed side manner. I thought I would never be able to have a single child, thanks to his expertises we now have 2 beautiful girls. Kaplan is very detail and know you by name unlike other doctor in the facility, if you choose FCI to be your clinic, Kaplan is the way to go ! I will forever be grateful to him. more
