I wish I could give them 1 star. First of all, we had a fire and they sat outside our house even though we told them we didn't want to talk to anyone at the time. 2 1/2 years later and we're missing a lot of money... and there's a law suit because they were extremely dishonest. i used to work for Mr.Alan Kapilow when i lived in california, he owns a great insurance adjusting company, in the time i worked for him i never heard any bad remarks or reviews, i am currently living in New York and will be relocating to Morocco,Africa in the nest 90 days or so, but before i go i wanted to give him a review since i had bumped into him on accident....my mother Martha,sister Sabrina and Father Luciano have all worked for Alan at one time or another....thank you so much for allowing me to make this review, please if you need a good insurance adjusting co. please make kapilow & Son your number 1 choice, promise you wont regret it......... Pros: great service,caring staff Cons: dont know of any at this present time more
