Worst

Took my 55 in tv back to shop and never return it. After trying for 6 months, went to court and won but Kao still refused to pay the court award. This company is a rip off!

Stay far away from these people 8/21/2009

Came to repair my projection TV with no picture. Told me it needed a new power unit for $465. I asked for part he replaced to get part number and check on price myself. Ended up producing a projection bulb which I could have changed myself and which retails for $130. This is fraud. Note BBB gives them an F so it's not just me. more

Great TV and Video Repair 12/10/2005

I have used Kao's twice now and am still very happy. They come right to your house and provide professional service in a timely and affordable fashion. Best part is that they come out pretty quick. So, there is no need to go without your TV for days on end. I found the technicians to be very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommend! more
