All the children leave her office screaming. She is rough and extremely insenitive. Please, don't bring your children to this doctor. Ask around first, especially ask the staff in Little Falls Hospital. Pros: Receptional - Roberta is warm and comforting Cons: Dr. Kao should have her license revoked. more

Knowledgable but extremely rough with children, including newborns. 11/20/2007

Dr. Kao is somewhat knowledgeable but extremely rough with children, including newborns. Prescribes meds too easily as a quick fix. Patients are left waiting for hours in the office. The only good thing about the experience is the friendly and kind medical secretary. Pros: Office Staff Cons: Bedside manner, quality of care and waiting time more
