They look out for their customers concerns and safety! My daughter's serpentine belt in her car was twisted and could have cause alot of damage but they found it before anything major happened. Usually I would replace my own brake pads and rotors, but being short on time, prior to a trip into the mountains, I decided to find someone to do the work for me. After calling several places for quotes, I was very disappointed by rude people, high prices, and people that thought I was gullible and knew nothing about cars or reasonable repair costs. I found the number for Kansas Auto Repair, and I'm sure glad I did. The owner, receptionist, and mechanics were all very friendly. I was given a fair quote and they were able to get my car in that day! Very honest and up-front with me. No pressure to purchase other services, and no "scaring" me into buying more. They did do a thorough check of my car and left me with a sheet telling me when I could expect to need service on other areas of my car, which I found very helpful. They make great use of their website, email communication, and technology. I appreciate that as it makes their shop and my car service needs very convenient and easy to handle. If I ever have an issue with my car outside my expertise I will definitely be visiting this shop. Again, I cannot rate this business highly enough. Just terrific! more
