The fish got crusty and tough from its location on the hibachi that was a bit too warm for the thickness of the filet, and the chicken dried out and got tough. An addition to my sentiment that it's never worth staying in Dalton for decent food, especially when it turns out to be budget-quality at a 3-star price. In my experience with a number of Japanese-style restaurants in several states, even all of the express-style places I've been to have well surpassed the quality of food here. Also, since the previous reviewer's visit, their chefs' tableside form has not improved.
Pros: Um... It's closer than anywhere decent, I guess...
Cons: Poorly cooked food; Overpriced
