Kangaroo Family Day Care

My husband and I are so happy that we made the decision to switch to Kangaroo Daycare from Kinder Care. The decision did not come easy to us but our son has never been happier. He used to have huge crying bouts when we dropped him off at the Kinder Care and he smiles now when we drop him off at Cristina's and Salo's. He is running to me as the happiest child in the world when I pick him up after work but doesn't really want to leave. He really enjoys it being at the daycare, and he loves Cristina and Salomon, Xavier and Rosita. They became as a family to him and the home like atmosphere of this daycare is really wonderful for the kids of all ages, from couple of months all the way to when they are ready for the kindergarten. Cristina and Salo are wonderful with the children, they don't just take care of them they actually care if the children are happy and are doing activities relevent to their age. We only withdrew our children because we moved out of the area. We can't recommend Kangaroo Family Daycare enough. Pros: reasonably priced, know each child personally more

My daughter has been with Cristina and Salo since she was 9 months old and has only cried two times when I dropped her off :) She is happy and healthy and wants to go see ""Nina and Alo"" all the time. She loves the structure they provide and the constant entertainment provided by the other children. We were going to use a nanny and our plan fell apart the week before I went back to work. When we went to visit our daughter went right to Salo and played with him until we left. She would never go right to anyone. After we left we hoped this would be the best decision for her. A year later my husband and I agree that sending our daughter to Kangaroo Family Day Care was the best choice. The homemade food, provided formula, crafts, etc. makes our lives easier and we know that our daughter is eating well and is learning. I love knowing that she is safe and happy. Her social development is excellent and she is learning manners and how to clean up after herself. The family atmosphere makes her feel safe and secure. My daughter (now 17 months) has been going to Kangaroo since she was 11.5 months old. We relocated from LA just a few days before we started her at this daycare and I was worried whether she can adjust ok (new house, new schedule, new caregiver!). From Day 1 my daughter left my arms with a smile. She has not had any problems since. They provide healthy home cooked meals everyday. I was so surprised to find out that they provide formula of our choice....at no extra charge. I used to pay more for her daycare in LA and they did not provide food nor formula. This was such a great money and time savings for us (I used to wash all 5 of her dirty bottles at night and re-mix for the next day. After a long day at work this was not fun). Not only does Kangaroo provide formula they wash the bottles too!! All of the kids that attend Kangaroo are so sweet. They get along so well and play together very well. My daughter also used to have awful diaper rash when attending daycare in LA. They would not take the time to dry her bottoms well. She would get blister-like rash from it. And I had to take a day off from work a few times just to make sure it healed. Well ever since attending Kangaroo she has not had any major rash! Cristina makes sure her bottoms are very clean and dry. We are all very very happy with Kangaroo. I highly recommend this place. I highly recommend Kangaroo Family Daycare. Christina and Salo have been extremely wonderful and good hearted people with my two kids. My son has attended there since he was 2yrs old, and my daughter since she was 3months. My son is now 4yrs and will be attending pre-k, and my daughter is 2 1/2 yrs old and will definitely continue with their loving care. They provide healthy and delicious meals. The kids really enjoy the arts and crafts . One of the fun and exciting aspects of Kangaroo Day Care are the slide shows of birthday's and holidays that are e-mailed to you. It is a great opportunity to be introduced to a second language(spanish). I feel very fortunate we found the best and safest daycare in Aliso Viejo . Pros: hours: 7:30-5:30 clean enviroment more

I chose this daycare after I compared the daycare with other 16 daycares in my area. Cristina and Salo are warm heart people who take care of my child like their own. Each day when I pick up my two-year old and drive home, he says, ""I miss Cristin. I miss Salo"". Besides providing home cooked food everyday, this daycare also provide a loving, safe, and creative learning environment for kids to be confident individuals. This is a wonderful daycare for your children. It is run by Cristina and Salo. As a first time mom, I was so hesitant and compared this daycare to those that my friends were using for their children. I found this daycare to be much more of a loving/family environment that really meets the specific needs of each individual child as if they were their own. They provide healthy and fresh meals for your child every day (no jars for babies). They also provide the formula you prefer; this was a huge time savor as my friends had to get up extra early and prepare bottles for the day every morning. The house is always immaculate and very safe for children of all ages. I especially love the schedule the kids are on; it is very easy to get my daughter down for a nap on the weekends. She's also developed wonderful eating habits. They do activities at various levels depending on the child's age and my daughter loves to show off her art work. Cristina and Salo are fabulous care givers and have treated my two children as two of their own! The in house setting has been ideal for babies and toddlers while they provide activities for all stages of development. Our children have been in their care for a total of 5 1/2 years and I would highly recommend their daycare to all!! We have been extremely fortunate to have found their services and will remain with them for all of our children's needs.
