You can usually tell how good the food is by how busy a restaurant is. This place is always busy.... The owner is friendly and will have a Sake Bomb with you on occasion. The food...

this place used to be good until it went under new owenr ship I spent too much money on the WOST sushi I have ever had the crab tasted old as well as the fish on top of my rainbow roll. The salad was soggy and the dressing was curdled I had to throw my entire meal awayit was such a waste! Do not go here sorry to say it just isnt that same as it used to be, also i nevver writeon these things but i thought is save the rest from this place more

Custom Sushi Rolls! 2/17/2010

This a great place with very friendly staff - some so friendly that they'll even drink with you! What makes this place unique is when you walk it and see all the custom sushi rolls that you can order - all created by customers who get to specify ingredients and even give it a name! It has a very local feel and is a hidden jewel of Japanese food for Danville, CA! more

Very good it's the only Sushi place we go in Danville 8/4/2009

We have been going here for years. If you like a large menu with lots to choose from this is the place. They are known for their rolls and they have every kind imaginable. I love the Jack's Roll the best! Pros: Consistent - fast, fresh and service is good Cons: Bit stuffy on warm days more

Sandwich Sushi 1/20/2009

This place has the biggest sushi I have ever seen. One sushi roll is like the size of a deli sandwich, no joke! My cousins rave about this place. They have take out and a lot of locals hang out there. The sushi is really good and that's a lot coming from me. To be honest I'm not a big sushi fan. more

Brilliant Sushi, totally different and Very Tasty! 3/10/2008

You can usually tell how good the food is by how busy a restaurant is. This place is always busy.... The owner is friendly and will have a Sake Bomb with you on occasion. The food is great and at a fair rate. I highly recommend trying it, you can't really go wrong.... I noticed this restaurant didn't have a review here on City Search, but they definitely deserve it! Pros: Good Food, Good Prices, Friendly service and Owner! Cons: Nothing I can think of~! more

Delicious, fun, original rolls 1/18/2008

Kane allows you to design your own roll and name it, if they like your design and choose to make it! It is a very clever concept. Good food and very family friendly. Not cheap, but Sushi usually isn't. more
