i use to live in these apt thank god i moved i wasnt very happy with the service the manager pf the apartment provided she was really rude and disrespectful of your property. in two occasions my car was toed with no warning what so ever i was mad. when i went and asked why she said that she had knocked all around and that no one claimed the car i asked all my neighbors if they hade gone to ask them about it they all said no i was home at that time and no one when to knock. tamy i belive is the managers name. at night you can here everyone's noise. and the laundry room is fillthy most of the time i would go to the laundromat insted. i would defenetly not recomend this place. and they try to rip you off with your deposit also when i first moved in i paid 450 deposit and they told me only $50 was going to be taken when i moved for my deposit and know they are charging $75 for the carpet to get cleaned and they take 110 soposable for paint which was never mentioned to me about it . iam w more

The office people are very friendly, but this is about the maintenance. The upstairs apartments dish washer leaked down into our kitchen. they fixed the up stairs problem, but next day came thinking they would come back. They did nothing and the water damage was getting worse. it got in my food. So finally I called them. They sent this mean guy and he looked at it and said he had to wait till it dried to fix it. and I'm like so i have to stay like this, and live with mold growing in my kitchen. i can't live like this i don't think anyone would, and he said well thats your propagative. next day i called them back and said look rip it all out or I lawyer up. low and behold the pipes where leaking and a huge wave of water poured out along with MOLD when he tore it down, the man was like well that would've never dried. Stuck a fan up there then left. Then 2 days later he came back and fixed it they saythey have a professional come and clean the carpet which they take $40.00 from your deposit The first night we slept on the floor no bed.we found hard candy, & dirt. When we woke my boyfriends and my eyes where swelled shut due to pet dander.They have a pool thats green still with stagnant water. They haven't put chemicals in it and they have had the water in it now for 3 months now. A mating pair of ducks use it as there own private pond. they said it would be open on Memorial day, but now middle of June. It takes two sec to put chemicals in it. I wont go swimming when the pool is up they wont take care of it people will get really sick. Pros: NIce office ladys near a lot of things. Like high school Cons: Horriable maintence be ready to wait 4 months to get something fixed. Most mothers don't watch children. Teenagers outside in groups causing trouble. more
