finally a friday night out, adults only kind of dinner. My husband and I enter the restaurant and are barely greeted. Not a ""Hi"" or ""Hello"" just a look and ""How many?' We are taken to a table, a nice and always smiling busboy greets us with noodles and immediately takes our drink order. We were never formally greeted by our server. When our server does show up, he says "" what are you ordering?"" No ""hello"" or anything!! After we order, he promptly brings out our salad/soup and the entrees. Before we are even halfway through with our dinners, he brings us the check by just putting it on the table. He never once came by to check on us, never said ""thank you"" We felt extremely rushed out of there. We paid and left without even a thank you or good night from the hostess(es). We have been regular patrons here for about 2 years and usually enjoy going there. It is nice that they are prompt with the food, but there is no reason to be pushing us out the door, we were there less than 30 minutes.... When the new place across the street opens, we'll be going there! The only redeeming quality about the place is the nice and always smiling bus boy. Kami needs to focus on customer service before they lose their customers to the competition.
